He's not a stud; but he's a fit in any system
For lack of a better description, think of him as Kyle Korver or JJ Reddick. It's not a perfect match, but gets the point across.

Plummer is a very sweet shooter, but he doesn't create and he's not great in other facets (or defense, though he's not terrible). It's quite possible he wasn't one of Utah's most important players because his role largely consisted of draining threes that other players created for him. But it did mean he got a lot of points and that any team out there can use his skillset.

Allen was clearly Utah's best player, but after that an argument could be made for any order of Jantunen, Carlson, Plummer (who came off the bench) or, by season's end, even Martinez. They were all pretty close in value, so I could see it being argued that Plummer is anywhere from 2nd to 5th
