I love my current job and employer but I am not stupid to listen to other companies. I have had three companies approach me in the last 3 years. Never got further than the first interview.

I told my boss about them bc they want to know about if their employees are being approached.

Oh and BTW I received some pretty good sized salary increases to now most companies in the valley can't match it.
