From what I can tell, yes. The portfolio chooses from 53 different funds. Most are Schwab but not all.

If you think it's worth the higher fees, go for it. I've used betterment, but I don't think it's worth the fees.

Yeah. Schwab’s product doesn’t charge advisor fees but you do still pay ETF expense ratios. But so do the mutual
