when you watch him play you can see his mechanics are sound. Good foot work, throwing motion etc. To me he struggles seeing the field and decision making. But those things can still be improved, he was only a Junior. He might take a huge step this year. There are a lot of good QBs in the state, and he did take them to the state championship game. My guess is that he’s all in on playing QB at the next level and a position change isn’t in the cards. I’m curious as well if he still has an offer.

He had Carsen Ryan last year who arguably is the best TE in the state. He transferred to AF for this his senior year. I’m making some assumptions here, but that tells me he felt under utilized and that goes back to coaching.
