They are better at disguising it
Especially for the inexperienced officials. So they tend to get away with it more in the regular season. But once you get the more seasoned refs who know what's going on, they don't get the calls in the post season.
Guys who flop but aren't as good at the act like Ersan officials figure out pretty fast over the course of a game.
