A few years ago our daughter made up a special box for me (that I couldn't touch) for Christmas. It had 52 bottles of
root beer. One for each week of the year. Every bottle was a different brand of RB.
As you would know, many of them taste quite similar. But then there are those special ones that have better, more unique flavors.
I came to the conclusion that I like RBs that have a slight bit more than average CO2 fizz. I love RB floats, that's kind of how it all started. And have tried to not have more than one a week . . . . calories you know. 🙂
A guy in our ward who makes root beer as a little side business (he's a pharmacist) came over when we told him about it and we showed him all of the different bottles. There were only 8 or 10 that he hadn't tried. We opened up four bottles while he was there so that he could try some new ones.
