My brother in Orem listed his house for 630,000 on thursday AM. Had one showing with an offer of 670,000 so they decided that was good enough and shut it down. still though, that house in Denver suburbs would be 850k and who knows how much 1 million plus in orange county or the Bay Area CA so it's all relative like that tiktok video is portraying.
