I just can’t do a treadmill

I run outside year round. I may shorten a run or time it when conditions are better but I just can’t do a treadmill.

Lowest temperature this year was -17 degrees.

We always have the treadmill in the up position with the key removed.

Every home treadmill I've seen has a guard on the back to prevent accidents

I use my treadmill when it's icy outside and it snows. A 2-to-3 week injury
