I thought it was 10 minutes and the next 10 starts when they give their pick to
the runner. So either you are forcing them to make the pick ahead of time or else basically starting the draft early by the time you give them to submit the name. Why should the number 1 pick have less time than anyone else to finalize?

Draft pet peeve of mine: the draft should start w/ 1st pick, not w/ the team picking first “on the clock.”
