to shwack 400 bison? Sitting on a rock picking off buffalo sounds kinda fun until you have to field dress all of them. Each volunteer gets one bison for their personal use. I guess the rest go to tribal people? I hope they have tribal/park help dressing the rest of the bison because that sounds like a ton of very hard work. It sounds like a mountain man re-enactor's dream come true.
