That makes sense. Another question:
What would be a unique identifier to connect the transaction to the text? I know there are too many variables to list, but a short example would be sufficient. Let's just say you are a McDonald's and you want to see individual transactions for a McDonald's in Salt Lake City. For the sake of simplicity, you only have a McChicken and a Big Mac, but both can be customized (no lettuce, no tomato, no sauce, add chicken, add a patty, etc.) Each transaction has a timestamp attached.

Would you split the query by timestamp/text and timestamp/price, and rejoin the query based on the timestamp being the unique identifier, or would you do it some other way?
