all the water we wanted. So it wasn't like we were preparing for the the lack of water during games or something. Junior high ball we had no water. HS fball we got one small water break.
During August doubles, we had to weigh ourselves before and after practice to see if we were losing too much water weight. I remember a practice as junior I went in at 182 and came out at 169. I can sweat. Guess 13 lbs wasn't enough because no one ever said anything to me.
