The byproduct of the push for crypto will be the proliferation of the blockchain
in virtually every industry.
I do own some crypto (even some of the more speculative ones), but a much larger percentage of my portfolio is invested in a blockchain ETF. Its made me a lot of money over the past year but its pulling back a little. I might have to pour more into it.

I HATE TITLE INSURANCE!!!! Buy a building for x.. and pay title insurance... refinance it 2 years later and pay title
