I shouldn’t think it would be, side effects usually are gone within 24-48 hours
Though you could be genetically predisposed to having side effects last longer. I’d look for other possible reasons you can’t sleep....it’s natural to get a vaccine and then have something happen and assume it was the shot, rather than it being something else. I haven’t heard of insomnia being a side effect but this stuff does effect everyone differently so could be one that’s not common....
