They're barking nonstop most of the morning and start around 7am or later. Literally cannot sleep longer than that. If I go outside any time of the day or night, they're barking at me until I go inside. If I'm up really late, I like to go stand outside for a few minutes to wake the neighbors up. So annoying.

Some people should not be dog owners.
