I switched to USAA even though they were more expensive.

I had State Farm for cheap. When I needed them to look at my roof they responded by booting me off after 15 years without a single claim. I got USAA to insure me after that and they covered the roof. I am willing to pay an extra $50 a month for someone who will actually come through when needed.

State Farm is absolute trash.
