There many early non-randomized trials that nearly all suggest a significant improvement over current modalities. Nothing big scale yet and that's why I'm not holding my breath yet either. It's partially only a matter of time and a matter of the government allowing more trials to happen. Most of these drugs are schedule 1 and almost impossible to obtain for trials.

Nonetheless, you can't argue with the anecdotal evidence for essential oils. They can cure anything, or so my wife is convinced.
