They reimbursed us, but also gave me a guilt trip about not having the right settings in place to prevent it. I then asked them for help adding those settings. I had to get transferred a few times and it took about half an hour, but they managed to get me the right settings.

If the settings are that cumbersome to figure out, you can hardly blame any family that experiences that issue and refunds should be given out guilt free.
