Two things (maybe three)...
* From the Amazon listing.. it looks like the charger comes with a USB-C (that plugs into the charger) and a USB-A end (that plugs into the power brick).. I assume you are using a USB-C (both end) 3rd party cable to use Apples USB-C 20w adapter? (because it can't use the included USB-A cable)

* From the Amazon listing it shows it only charges iPhones at 7.5w... not 15W like Apple's MagSafe charger can do.

* As mentioned above... wireless charging is slower than normal charging. If you want MAX SPEED, use a high-quality 20W adapter AND a good quality cable.
