Studio B in the M resort on the weekend for seafood buffet is awesome.
I have mostly off the strip suggestions...
Sushi Mon...get a pastel roll. So good.
Hot and Juicy Crawfish

Sal's pizza...this is hooked onto a gas station in Henderson. It is awesome pizza! so good.
Also, Secret Pizza in the cosmopolitan is really good.
Bell's barbecue has some really good meat, but the sides were never my favorite.
That's what I can think of right now. Food is one of the things I miss from living in Vegas.
