With the NFL expanding to 17 games, I'd like to see teams play their 6 intra-division games as their first & last three.
I think that could add some interesting starts to the season and make for some potentially crazy, high stakes games at the end as teams fight for divisional supremacy, playoff seeding, and a playoff home game.
