I had a choice between that or a trail boss.
The trail boss is great off road, but it had even less interior features. I do go off road, but most of my time is spent on the freeway, so I opted for a more comfortable road driver.

Tell them you’d like to upgrade and ask if they’d be willing to just give you a vehicle allowance to use your own truck.
