expected work done does it matter if he does it in 20 hours or 40?

Probably just depends on what his contract says. Mine specifically says that it is expected I work about 40 hours a week or if it has some clause about moonlighting, but if it didn't have language like that, then legally if he can meet all his expectations I don't think he could get in trouble
