I'd recommend Cafe Madrid...plan on dropping $100+ unless you just do "tapas"
Go on a Friday or Saturday and you'll get Paella. Other days you need to preorder it. They only give you one refill on drinks then charge you for extra. The food is FANTASTIC!! They have food flown in from Spain a few times a week. Jamon Serrano is some of the best meat out there. SL County.
