I'm not bashing Rex. Love IR & think he'll play multiple yrs in NFL(barring major injury). He too should be top 5(over Kuthie). But I haven't seen, or noticed, any of the other TEs listed.
In fact, I had to search info on Arik because you posted as if all he did was block some. Yet no underclassmen TE averaged more recs per game(4.3 to IR's 3.3).

I'll add Rex wasn't the only talented frosh TE not listed. Notre Dame's TE had 42 recs and like Arik, was a true freshman (Rex redshirted in '19 and even played in some gms).

Should be exciting to see how Rex progresses this next season. I think there's a decent chance he declares after next yr if he has another great season.
