I don't go out of my way to eat seafood on a regular basis (would rarely choose fish over steak)
but two of the very best dishes I've ever had were fish:
The blackened redfish at Brennan's in New Orleans
The miso black cod at Copperfish Kitchen in Boca Raton.

I felt that way until I had actual fresh-caught seafood at a good restaurant, then I couldn’t get enough.
