Agreed that there are more opportunities and resources than every before.
It's pretty amazing.

I also tend to agree that a significant percentage of people will switch companies or even career directions after the pandemic. It's definitely made people think about how they want to spend their time.

Many people that were not thrilled about where they were working before Covid held onto their positions through the pandemic for obvious financial security reasons. Having to return back to a workplace situation you didn't enjoy before maybe too much for some people. It's almost like coming back to work from a long vacation. Sometimes it's nice, sometimes it's terrible.

Switching jobs or starting a new venture with the money people saved up over the pandemic is a definite possibility. The challenge, however, is that the price of goods and services has drastically gone up. If you are a software based startup, perhaps that's better. Hardgoods-based ideas will be more expensive due to massive shortages right now.
