Once Quin Snider decided that was the way, that was their story and they stuck to it.

And it worked. Even with them playing without two All Stars for a good chunk of the season.

He would be a very worthy coach of the year, but I fear he's going to be a Jerry Sloan type guy. He's too good to fall off so bad that he can make that big jump in wins.

It might be one of the greatest travesties in NBA history that Jerry Sloan was never coach of the year.
