March. It took me a while to get going because I’m almost 40 now, so I had to do it differently than in the past, but after the original water weight I’m losing about a pound per week now and I feel good about it.
I still have a ways to go, and hopefully I can make it stick this time (I’ve lost 40 pounds twice, but put it back on because of grad school stress the first time and a back problem and broken ankle the second time).
Not doing anything special, just trying to stay under 2,000 calories a day, walking my dog a lot and exercising with resistance bands and my exercise bike and rowing machine.
Forgive the personal post and humblebrag. Just feeling good about my progress so far.
