Any gate that is capable of being blown open in the wind isn't going to hold a rottweiler in. If you own big dogs, at least get a fenced and gated yard capable of keeping them. I might understand someone accidentally forgetting to shut a gate - but it seems like having a gate capable of being blown open by the wind is just asking for trouble.
