Everything, including shorts, is so much more comfortable, yet still considered stylish. Even jeans are nothing like they were 10 years ago with the light stretch material. One of the things I brag about is that I have a couple pairs of joggers, basically sweats, and on 2 separate occasions I've had people ask why I was dressed so fancy for the occasion. In both instances I proudly pointed out that I was actually wearing sweats.

On a day like todays heat, in the past I would have been stuck in heavy jeans, or some sort of uncomfortable khaki slack, with either an itchy golf shirt, or a weird fitting button shirt. Instead I'm in a pair of Columbia outdoor pants that are so light they may as well be shorts, and a light weight, vented, straight cut button up shirt. Still business casual, but 100 times the comfort.
