One of (very few) benefits of a HOA or PUD with CC&Rs... Our community CC&Rs
cap the number of rental properties at 20%, and require that an owner must physically occupy the property for at least one year before being allowed consideration to rent to a third party. This has caused at least a couple of homes to fall out of contract (once the CC&Rs are provided to potential buyer...).
