The Management Committee has the proposal. Then can accept or amend it and send it along to those with the voting power - the Board of Managers. They latter meets in a regularly scheduled meeting, in a couple of weeks.

I would be surprised if they have a vote then. They will likely open it up for input from all 130 schools. That usually takes 3-6 months.

We were told, earlier, that the current format will remain through the 22-23 season.
