Ranking on which teams are best set for success over the next 3 years



They only rank the top 25, but in the Utah #25 write-up they mention
"As usual, determining the final spot in the rankings wasn't easy. Several teams just missed the cut: Michigan, Boise State, BYU, Louisiana, Appalachian State and Stanford."

Given that ordering, it's fair to say BYU is loosely #28, which is a pretty good spot to be in and the #3 G5-equivalent (behind Cincy and UCF)
