USMCdad Intervention Needed

So they get some value for selling when they did. Overpay for 6 months to a year in rent to use your equity to buy a home you want when the market gets back to normal seems to be what some are doing snd it’s working in some areas

And in Utah, builders will only build spec b/c there's no telling how much costs will go up during the process.
