It’s funny to me how much people ignore the CP3 injury..he was healthy for 1 Q
Of that Lakers series. The Lakers had AD for 3 and half games. The only two games the Lakers won were the two that CP3 was a negative impact on the floor and the suns had to bench him. They just completely stopped defending him and Book was staring at triple teams every time down.
CP3 started to look more like himself, maybe 60-70% in game 4 and the suns had a halftime lead when AD got hurt.
The suns also almost won game 2 with a useless CP3…had a lead late in the 4th and couldn’t close…I wonder if CP3 would have helped.
Just watch these Denver games if you wonder what having a healthy CP3 does for the suns offense.

I did watch the series, and I was rooting for the Suns. But I'm not under any delusions to how the series would have
