Similar miserable and trashy behavior among the BYU fanbase.

I don’t think BYU fans are miserable and trashy because of the behavior of some of them at other sporting events. I am a BYU fan.

Even as a teenager, I was pretty disappointed to hear those guys talking about the cheerleaders that way. I didn’t think it was funny, and I thought we should be better than that.

You can call that behavior “unlikely” if you want. I was there. My dad used to take me out of school to go to a couple of those tournament games every year. We lived in St. George, so it was close. My dad was an assistant basketball coach at one of the high schools, and he knew Dave Rose from when he was the Dixie College coach (I went to high school with Dave’s daughter Chanell). Dave used to help my dad get tickets.
