When I was a child, my dad had a Fox farm, and we owned the friendliest Golden
Labrador retriever in the world. She wouldn't jump up on people. She was raised around kids, and she was the friendliest dog you have ever met. One year my dad decided it would be a fun thing to get a pup fox out of the cages and raise it as a pet. So we did. We fed the little fox with a bottle and named it Saliva. I don't know why we chose that name, but we were kids. One day my sister decided to take the fox outside and feed it on the step. Our Golden Lab came up and calmly bit the little things head off, then walked away. Craziest thing I ever saw a dog do. I still loved that dog, and cried when she died, but as an adult, I will never own a dog, because they are animals, and animals do crazy stuff in unanticipated ways.
