Coach Eyestone said earlier in the week that he thought they might finish as

high as third. The men have been ranked in the top 10 all season; I believe 6th going into the NC. To finish 17th is not a reasonable expectation with that kind of background.

I believe the women went in ranked #11, so finishing #10 is about right. They could have been remarkable if Wayment and Orton could have delivered a win or place.
