We went to the doctor about a month before her due date and he said to go home and get our bags, they were going to induce labor...

Ultimately it wound up being a c-section because of the effects of pre-eclampsia

Friends wife had it with last 2 kids. both were induced and born at 31 weeks.

Yes. Sometimes leads to an early delivery, but not many Americans die from it as long as it’s taken care of.
