Back when phone books existed we would go to the grocery store and grab stacks
Of them. Went to buddy’s house and starting the operation…table saw to cut off the binding, then cut them into small blocks of 1000 pages each.
Upon arrival at Toilet papering target a simple toss into the air of a block of 1000 pages (already cut into 2inch by 2inch confetti made for a marvelous display in someone’s yard. I recall leaving a house with 6 inches of paper all over the yard.
TP wars didn’t end well for the other squad.
