The season opener that year was at UTEP, I believe. Miami was 2nd game. OP said
opener, so Miami doesn't technically fit the criteria

I thought exactly the same, but also Pitt went into that game very highly ranked. Combination pushed me to choose Pitt.

Best is 2009 win vs Oklahoma. Most impactful is win vs Pitt.
