is either too young to remember past downturns like 89, and 08, or just is wishfully hoping or a constant pessimist if they are doom and gloom type. The market's going down in Utah soon, usually, we're 6 months to a year behind San Fran and the more sensitive real estate markets. But we're going to see an adjustment in Utah.. maybe not a huge one, but it will happen.
