Favors and Clarkson are both on the floor when Mitchell and Gobert are off. It would be interesting to see what unit the Clippers are running out when those two are on the floor and who else is playing alongside Favors and Clarkson for the Jazz.
Favors also is in a really tough position on the Jazz. He's not really a drop defense center; in fact he's the size of a power forward. I doubt any other team would play him as a drop center. But he's got to play that role with the Jazz because that's their system--which was built for a guy five inches taller. The Clippers have taken advantage by driving to the hoop every chance they get when Favors is in there and the Jazz don't have the personnel to stop it. He's being put in a position to fail.
