Haven't we all known the Clips were the worst matchup for the Jazz for several weeks, if not months?
Long and athletic on the wings who can play defense. Ability to go small. Best 3 point shooting team in the league. Two stars, that when they have their heads on straight can beat any other team in the NBA.
Add in the fact the Jazz can't guard the perimeter and can be streaky with their shooting and ball movement. Derek Favors is a shell of himself and has been abused by the Clips this series. Then the absence of Mike Conley and his ability to handle the ball, make good decisions in the half-court and shoot.
It isn't too hard to see what is happening. Home court is the only thing I can see getting the Jazz through. It will take a monumental effort by the Jazz tomorrow night. The Clips can smell blood in the water. They have the Jazz figured out and could potentially win 4 in a row.
