I like living in the North Mesa citrus corridor
Close to the 202 N freeway gets us to sky harbor airport quickly, much closer to downtown phoenix and scottsdale than Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek or San Tan Valley.
Pretty strong LDS community up there. Close to Mesa Temple
Nice Neighborhoods, plenty of custom homes in the $600k to $1m price range. Plenty in older neighborhoods not regulated by Homeowner Associations.
Also closer to Beeline HWY for trips up to Payson, Forest lakes and White mountain areas for camping and recreation.
Also closer to Saguaro lake and Bush HWY, and OHV areas.
