Where are you? I used to cover NY, NJ and other NE states. In my mind in NY and

NJ, people start work later than 8 am. That is one of the reasons I believe there was lower number of deaths at 9/11. I used to talk to people all the time that would start work at 9 am or later and stay later, probably because of commuting is horrible there.
