When you consider that they're playing effectively a full ACC schedule, plus historic rivalries with USC and Navy, the schedule gets kind of tight. The fact of the matter is that BYU is a little too good to get scheduled as a scrub team/buyout easy victory, and not high-profile enough to be a sexy matchup (like their scheduled games against teams like Stanford, Texas, or Georgia).

I'm not mad at Notre Dame; things have changed for both teams since the scheduling announcement came down.

But I also think it's high time that Notre Dame fished or cut bait. We gave them two quality home games; they should either return the favor or pay up.
