Hall is healthy, it will be him. But I think you can easily sell the other two that they WILL get opportunities this year to play. It is just the way that college QB position works in today's game. It's a rough game. I think Romney has the right temperament for it and will be fine and I think you can sell Conover that he's close but just not quite ready. He doesn't need to panic and transfer. He will have his time.
