I listen to Criddle every day, he has changed his opinion several times
during the offseason, early on he seemed to think it would be Conover because of his awesome scout team performance, then during early spring he seemed to be leaning more Romney, then he switched to Hall, and while he has been more consistently Hall since the end of spring practice, he will ask his co-host who their favorite is, and if they say Hall, he starts bringing up Romney, or Conover and saying they have lots of reasons why they should be considered the front-runner because that is just how he rolls.

You are going pretty far in claiming he shills for people, he gives a voice to whoever comes on his program and hypes them, exactly what you would expect him to do on a BYU-Centric radio show, and its is what BYU fans want to hear.

Sure he has opinions, and they are generally better than what you are going to find on CB, but he isn't right about everything, and that is fine, having strong opinions brings listeners with passion, but having listened almost every day during the offseason, I think it is totally false to say he is anointing a QB starter, his opinions have changed and if the co-hosts or guests say it is a 3 man race, he will even bring up Maiava's last day of spring performance just to try to keep people on their toes, and yes, he does like to stir the pot a bit, more so with yewt fans, but he also seems to enjoy doing it to some cougar fans, and he is probably sitting back and enjoying what he seems to be stirring up in you.

I also would imagine he would agree with what you said, coaches have been pretty vocal about it being a 3 man race, and those 3 have been going to personal trainers so far to improve themselves and Criddle has even had at least one trainer for each of the 3 on at different times during the offseason, so I don't really see how he could be shilling for 1 guy if he is doing that.
